Senior Formal Retakes and 9-11 Fall Yearbook Picture Retakes

Please fill out the following permission slip for your child in grades 6, 8, 10, and 12.
The purpose of the KIP Survey is to anonymously assess adolescent use of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs (ATOD), as well as several additional factors related to adolescent social and emotional well-being, including school safety, mental health, bullying, relationship violence, school performance, and community involvement. The survey provides information about student self-reported use of substances, student perceptions about substance use, and perceived accessibility of substances in the community. The students in the four participating grades will be asked to complete a survey that will be used for planning purposes only.

Russellville Independent School District is planning the calendar for the next school year, and we’d love to hear from our parents and community members! Your input helps us create a schedule that best supports our students, families, and staff.

Please take a few minutes to complete this short survey and share your thoughts on important dates, breaks, and other important considerations.
